- 8 Slices of Deli Meat (chicken, turkey, ham)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup(s) Diced Peppers, Onions, etc
- 2 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt (Or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon(s) Pepper (Or to taste)
Breakfast Burritos Directions
- Heat broiler.
- In a bowl, crack eggs, whisk together with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add eggs and scramble, stirring occasionally for about 3 mins. Add veggies.
- On a cutting board, place two slices of deli meat. Add a big spoonful of scrambled eggs and veggies, then roll up. Repeat with remaining meat and eggs.
- Place roll-ups in a shallow baking dish and broil until meat is crispy. Approx 5-8mins. *Pay close attention as food can quickly burn on broil setting*
